2-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING 1X PER WEEK
Our 2-2-1 sessions are one hour of targeted exercise, catered to meet you and your partners body transformation goals.
2-2-1 personal training is perfect if you and a friend or loved one have similar short term or long term goals. Suitable for those who want to improve their fitness and target certain area's of the body but prefer to work out in pairs to keep each other motivated and accountable!
Whatever your goal, we will focus your hour on pushing you both mentally and physically to your maximum in order to achieve the best results.
We specialise in adapting exercises and routines to individual requirements and will help transform not just your bodies but also your mental attitudes towards training.
This bundle is for 1x one hour session for two people for 4 weeks.
