Our 1-2-1-40 sessions are 40 minute personal training sessions.
A 40 min 1-2-1 is a more affordable option and perfect for those with a busy schedule. This session is also designed for individuals who are not quite ready to take on an hour workout.
Our 1-2-1-40 are perfect for beginners or new comers to use as a stepping stone allowing yourself to gradually build yourself up to take on our hour sessions. These sessions may also be your introduction to the KGN community, try a 1-2-1-40 and see what we are all about and find out if KGN is where you belong.
