Every 1-2-1 personal training session is 70 minutes long. This includes 60 minutes of exercise, catered to meet your goals, plus a 10 minute recovery session.
This bundle is for those looking to give complete control of their fitness journey to our expert trainers. We will keep record of your improvement at regular intervals. This is a good way to visibly track your progress or adapt your program if need be. We include body measurements with the option of before and after pictures.
This bundle is for 3 x 70 minute personal training sessions, per week for four weeks plus a personalised meal plan. With this price bundle you receive two sessions completely free.
