Despite the Covid-19 Pandemic, the KGN Team have been dedicated to staying connected with our clients to help keep them feeling motivated at such an uncertain time. As restrictions have slowly eased, we have been allowed to finally reconnect with both our new and old clients and get back to keeping fit and healthy with our Train with KGN Bootcamp sessions. Our unique bootcamp style work outs are not only a fun and effective way to lose weight, but also focus on muscle conditioning, endurance and it is the perfect way to keep your mind feeling fit and healthy too!
Our bootcamp classes are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness- there is a true sense of teamwork and we have found it to be a great way to get the local community together and safely socializing again after the recent challenging times.

OUR BACKGROUND

KGN TRAINING was founded in 2015 by sole founder & director Keegan Hargreaves to help people like you meet fitness, mental and health goals. With such good results and positive feedback, the growing business finally found a home at our fully functional private personal training studio in Buckhurst Hill in 2018.
Today, as we are slowly coming out of the Covid-19 pandemic we have re-launched our very popular indoor classes and taken them outside, where TRAIN WITH KGN BOOTCAMP was born! We are currently hosting 7 classes a week, across 3 different locations. The best thing about our Bootcamps is that you will never get the same workout twice! Each of our trainers have different styles and training techniques from their varied experience! The aim of our Bootcamps is to keep you on your toes at all times; with diverse types of training being the best way to shock the body for a maximum burn and fat shred throughout every class. 
This style of training is highly effective, not only does the high intensity help to burn calories but bootcamp training heavily focuses on discipline. It is as much as about training your brain as it is your body. Our trainers are experts at designing challenges that push your brain to trust and be confident in your body’s ability.
Whilst the Train with KGN Bootcamp is set to push you to your limits, our qualified trainers have the upmost experience in dealing with all body and health types. They understand not everyone’s endurance is the same and can tactfully tailor this where necessary for individual growth. Our goal is to make you physically and mentally stronger no matter your limitations.
In true Bootcamp style, our classes will run all year around, no matter the weather! Come sunshine, rain, or snow our sessions will still be on! We encourage our clients to always come equipped for the elements.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is simply to get our local communities feeling and fighting fit! Exercise is great for the mind as well as the body and also a great way to bring people together. With or without social distancing, our bootcamps require constant dedication and teamwork and we find this really encourages our members to keep coming back!
