Our 2-2-1 sessions are one hour of targeted exercise, catered to meet you and your partners body transformation goals.
2-2-1 personal training is perfect if you and a friend or loved one have similar short term or long term goals. Suitable for those who want to improve their fitness and target certain area's of the body but prefer to work out in pairs to keep each other motivated and accountable!
Whatever your goal, we will focus your hour on pushing you both mentally and physically to your maximum in order to achieve the best results. We keep record of improvement at regular intervals. This is a good way to visibly track your progress and can also include before and after pictures.
We specialise in adapting exercises and routines to individual requirements and will help transform not just your bodies but also your mental attitudes towards training.
This bundle is for 4x one hour sessions for two people per week for 4 weeks. With this price bundle, three sessions are completely free!
