Every 1-2-1 personal training sessions is 70 minutes long. This includes 60 minutes of targeted exercise, catered to meet your goals, plus a 10 minute recovery session
This bundle is for those looking to relinquish more control of your own program to an expert trainer. We will keep record of improvement at regular intervals. This is a good way to visibly track your progress or adapt your program if need be. We include body measurements with the option of before and after pictures
This bundle is for 2 x 70 minute personal training sessions, per week for four weeks. Nutritional advice will be offered and with this price bundle you receive one session completely free.
