About Our Recovery Techniques

Theragun Percussive Therapy:
Theragun Percussive Therapy features a range of benefits from aiding in preventing body aches and pains, greatly reducing muscle tension in seconds, increasing mobility and range of motion. It also increases blood flow to the area to reduce soreness, tightness and pain, and can assist with accelerating the repair and growth of tissues.

Foam Rolling:
Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Many people find foam rolling to be relaxing. Breaking up tightness in your muscles may help you feel less tense and calmer as a result.

Full Body Stretch:
Stretching after you workout when your muscles are already warm has many benefits including increased flexibility of the different muscle groups. Most importantly it helps to eliminate lactic acid and encourages blood flow to your muscles, helping them repair quicker. Endorphins are released after a workout once your body starts to cool down, stretching helps slow the cooling process ensuring you feel energized for longer after your workout.
