Returns
We have a 30-day return policy on physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@kgntraining.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 working days for your refund to be processed.
Train With KGN, Personal Training & Online Coaching
All online services including Train with KGN, Personal Training and online coaching, we do not offer refunds.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer a refund on any training session packs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Late or Missing Refunds
Please note it can take 10-15 working days once we received your return to process a refund.
If it has been 15 days or more since your returned item has been accepted and you still haven’t received a refund yet, firstly contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kgntraining.co.uk.
Exchanges
If you have ordered an incorrect size or style, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you require is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged item for a like for like replacement, please send us an email at info@kgntraining.co.uk

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
