Our video call 1-2-1 personal training sessions are 45 minutes long. This includes personalised targeted exercise, catered to meet your body transformation goals, you will be guided through your session with one of our trainers via video call
1-2-1 personal training is perfect for those who really want to improve their fitness and target certain area's of the body. Whatever your goal, we will focus your 45 mins on pushing you both mentally and physically to your maximum in order to achieve the best results. Video call sessions are available to those that are unable to train at our studio, these calls can be in your local or home gym or even at home or in a park.. anywhere you can take your phone.
We specialise in adapting exercises and routines to every individual requirement and will help transform not just your body but also your mental attitude towards training.
